Full-width text-only editorial band — a large display tagline / brand statement with alignment, size, and surface-tone options, plus an optional background image. No media grid or form; for a punchy standalone headline strip. Variants: Default (static band), Marquee (auto-scrolling announcement bar / scrolling marquee banner / ticker-tape tagline — the text repeats and scrolls seamlessly, pauses on hover, honors prefers-reduced-motion; the Lead renders as a static caption below the scrolling track). Inline accent: wrap part of the Tagline text in {{accent}}…{{/accent}} to tint that span with the AccentColor param (e.g. 'LISTEN {{accent}}LOUD.{{/accent}}' for a brand-colored word or trailing period). Background-image binding: when the source band shows the tagline over a photo (imageTreatment: full-bleed / overlay-scrim), set the BackgroundImage field to the section's image URL and BackgroundScrim=dark (light text over the dimmed photo); light keeps dark text over a washed image, none leaves it untreated — BackgroundScrim does nothing without a BackgroundImage. BackgroundPosition (center/top/bottom) anchors the crop. Applies to both Default and Marquee variants.
