Description

Locale-driven `<html lang dir>` for the generated app. Ships a static root-layout shell (`LocaleHtml`), a page-rendered attribute synchronizer (`LocaleAttributes`) that flips `lang`/`dir` from the active Sitecore locale before first paint, and a pure helper that maps a Sitecore locale to `ltr`/`rtl`.
